➢ Training- Speed and Agility, Strength Building
➢ Player Profile- A profile to measure the metrics of each student and the progress they make over time
➢ Mentorship- Older student athletes will be around to talk to the kids and keep them engaged with the vision of AFA
➢ Athletic Resource Advantage- Student will have resources to grow beyond football with different sports, if you have another sport of interest, let us help you get with the right team!

Player Profile and Baseline Testing
The student profile will be made for each individual. It will consist of:
➢ Player Picture, Age, Graduating Class, Height, Weight.
➢ Arm and Shoulder measurements to see growth
➢ Each athlete will go through baseline testing. We will record the results of Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Shuttle Runs, Broad Jump.
➢ We will test bi-annually to give the athlete a visual in his profile of what hard work and dedication can lead to.
Ayers Football Academy Mission
We Empower our youth and unite our community by creating a center-piece facility that promotes fitness, nutrition and well-being; by creating a year-round football & Fitness platform for boys,
grades K-12.
Our goal is not only to build better athletes but facilitate better members of a team, better members of our community. In the off-season, we work with local charities to bring sports and hope to underserved children in our home town. You get a chance to contribute to these efforts. We believe that sportsmanship doesn't stop at the edge of the field.

Funding
Our mission will always be to welcome every young man that is interested in the sport of football regardless of financial circumstances. Our model of funding will differ from any other speed and agility or sport specific program in the area. First: There is no pressure to pay by session. We want the focus to be on getting your athlete there every time you can. Fee for service is not applicable when offering a flowing schedule that offers 30 minute and 60-minute training sessions. Second: We need resources! The annual cost for us to maintain payroll, expenses and equipment improvements is going to be roughly $1,000 per male, per year.

Silver - $500 Event Sponsor, News Letter
Gold - $750 Event Sponsor, News Letter, Banner, Social Media
Platinum - $1,000 Event Sponsor, News Letter, Banner, Social Media, Website Ad
Examples of Academy Events: Golf Outing, Sporting Events, Banquet/Dance, etc.
We will accept Sponsorship and Contribution payments by cash, check, and credit card.
We ask if payment is made by Credit card you consider including the 2.9% processing fee associated with those services.

Ayers Football Academy is a 501c3 Non-Profit !
We will offer training a few days per week throughout the year. Eventually during football season we will offer a virtual plan, training facility hours for us to continue to improve in-season.
An Organized Training Activity is essentially open gym time for our athletes to work on drills & skills independently with themselves, parents or other kids. Our trainers will move on-to our older athletes but want to offer this developmental time.
No! This is about what fits you and what can make you the best version of yourself.
Whether it is 10 minutes or the entire session, we want YOU here as much as possible.
Sometimes money can be the barrier that prohibits a family from bringing their athlete. Financial issues can put families in situations to opt out of workouts because finances and time are an issue. We want to take that issue away. If your athlete wants to attend, we do not want money to affect that decision for you to bring them.
Our early figures show for us to operate, we will need $1,000 per athlete annually. We want to rely on resources such as corporate sponsors, fundraisers, and other outreach to bring positive awareness to our athletes and Football Academy.
All funds go towards lease agreement, insurance, attorneys, equipment, internet services, advertising and payroll. For maximum outreach, we have hired staff in the following departments, Compliance & Assignments, Fundraising, Recruiting and I.T.
